ThermoPride
Evaporator Coil Cabinets
ThermoPride offers upflow, horizontal,
and downflow cabinets which are custom designed to accommodate
our evaporator coils. With a wide selection of cabinets, it's
easy to combine central air conditioning with your ThermoPride
furnace or with other manufacturers' furnaces.
If not considering air conditioning
at the time of furnace installation, pre-installing the coil
cabinet and evaporator coil prior to installation of the air
conditioner condenser should be considered. This can save
you money, as well as the inconvenience of having service
people working to modify your furnace twice.
The top and bottom panels of the downflow
cabinets are made of heavy duty 17 gauge steel which provides
the strength to hold the weight of the furnace.
The side panels are fabricated from
22 gauge cold roll steel. All cabinets (except the horizontal)
are painted with baked metallic enamel and are lined with
foil-faces insulation.
ThermoPride Coil Cabinets feature a
primary drain outlet for condensation as well as an auxiliary
overflow drain which would function should the primary drain
become blocked. The drain lines are built with the exit on
the right side but, with slight modifications, the drain line
can exit from the left side.

ThermoPride
Air Handlers
ThermoPride Air Handlers have been
designed and built to satisfy various requirements for the
distribution of air. Whether the air has been cooled as a
result of the air conditioning or whether the air has been
warmed as a result of heating, a ThermoPride Air Handler utilized
a multi speed, direct drive blower and draws air in one end
and blows it out the other. With a variety of available speeds,
the units can accommodate any new, existing or modified duct
system.
Air handlers can be installed in a
variety of locations in the house using a vertical or horizontal
air flow configuration.
Like our coil cabinets, there is a
primary drain and an auxiliary/overflow drain to help protect
your air handler.

The AC (Winter)
Cover
Our ThermoPride Air Conditioner (Winter) Cover helps protect
the condenser unit from the winter elements.
